If you've been paying for a PREMIUM Membership and started seeing In-stream Video Ads during video playback, please check the following:
Please check on the upper right corner and see if it says UPGRADE or PREMIUM ON in a Green box or SKIP VIDEO ADS in an Orange box.
If it says SKIP VIDEO ADS,
1. Click Log In on the top right corner.
2. Input your E-mail address and Password or login with Facebook.
3. Once logged in successfully, you should see UPGRADE or PREMIUM ON in a green box on the top right corner.
If you are using the OnDemandKorea app on a Smartphone, Tablet, Roku, Android TV, Smart TV app, or Apple TV, please login with your login information on our app.
