Please select the plan you would like to switch to in the ODK Membership page and follow the instructions to make your purchase.
If you choose to downgrade your membership to a lower tier plan, your current membership will remain active until its scheduled end date. Please refer to our payment page for details.
When upgrading to a higher tier plan, your current membership will be canceled and you will be upgraded to the new membership of your choosing with immediate effect. In this case, you will be charged a prorated amount with the remaining amount in your current subscription automatically deducted from your purchase so you will only be charged the difference.
To check the exact amount charged for your transaction, please check your invoice in the email you receive from us. (However, if you signed up with us through a Facebook account and didn't share your email information, you will not receive an invoice due to the lack of a recipient email address).
