If you changed to a membership plan that took effect immediately, the new membership will be shown in your order history. However, the transaction date will actually show the date of your initial membership's purchase date.
If you're changing to a membership that will take effect at a later time, since the transaction is yet to take place, it will not show in your order history.
Both issues are caused by the fact that they're reflecting the information we receive from our payment gateway. Our engineering team is currently looking into the issue in order to resolve it as soon as possible.

You can verify the exact transaction date and amount by checking the invoice in the email you receive from us. (However, if you signed up with us through a Facebook account and didn't share your email information, you will not receive an invoice due to the lack of a recipient email address).
