*Due to a policy change effective April 18th, 2019, only In-stream Video Ads will be turned OFF for PREMIUM Members

*Starting September 26th, 2019, PLUS members will see video ads while streaming free content in KOCOWA category due to changes in our content licensing agreement.

If you've been paying for a PREMIUM Membership and started seeing In-stream Video Ads during video playback, please check the following:

Please check on the upper right corner and see if it says [FREE TRIAL SKIP ADS] in Green box.

If it says [FREE TRIAL SKIP ADS],

1. Click on the top right corner.

2. Input your E-mail address and Password or login with Facebook/Apple ID

If you are using the OnDemandKorea app on a Smartphone, Tablet, or Apple TV, please log in with your login information on our app.
