Please refer to the following instructions to cancel your PREMIUM Membership.
1. Log in to our website with your PREMIUM account on a web browser
2. Click [Account] at the top right corner
3. Click [Subscription] page and Click [Cancel Membership] at the bottom right corner 
4. Follow the instructions to cancel your membership.
Once your PREMIUM membership is canceled, your subscription will remain active until its scheduled end date. Any previous payments cannot be refunded.
Once your subscription expires, your account will be downgraded to a Basic account.
With a Basic account, you can still access free content. However, the videos will not be in Full HD and you will see video ads before and during video playback.
