Any membership change is available through OnDemandKorea website https://www.ondemandkorea.com/.
Upgraded membership will apply immediately. Any remaining fees from your previous membership will be applied
as a credit and used for the upgrade. You will only pay the difference. The card on file will be used for the payment.
Please follow the steps to upgrade your membership.
1. Click the Sign In button to Sign in
2. Click "Change Plan" on the Subscription page or click "UPGRADE" on the right hand corner
3. Select the membership you want
4. Please check the upgrade membership and click "Confirm"
Your membership has been upgraded.
All membership auto renews with the auto payment. Any previous payment cannot be refunded due to our policy.
