Changed membership will apply on the next auto renewal date. The card on file will be used for the payment.
Please follow the steps to downgrade your membership.
1. Click the Sign In button to Sign in
2. Click "Change Plan" on the Subscription page
3. Select the membership you want
All membership auto renews with the auto payment. Any previous payment cannot be refunded due to our policy.
