If you've been paying for a PREMIUM Membership and started seeing In-stream video Ads during video playback, please check the following:
Please check on the upper right corner and see if it says UPGRADE or PREMIUM ON in a Green box or SKIP VIDEO ADS in an Orange box.
If it says SKIP VIDEO ADS,
1. Click Log In on the top right corner.
2. Input your Email address and Password or login with Facebook.
3. Once logged in successfully, you should see UPGRADE or PREMIUM ON in a green box on the top right corner.
If you are using the OnDemandKorea app on a Smartphone, Tablet, Roku, Android TV, Smart TV app, or Apple TV, please login with your login information on our app.
