Why was my payment declined?

If your transaction was declined, there could be issues with your payment information.
If the payment info you provided is correct, please contact your card company.
If your transaction was declined, please re-enter your payment info.
On our payment screen, the MM/YY refers to your card's expiration date.
You will see 06/16 on the card below. In this case, the MM is 06 and the YY is 16.
The CVC refers to the 3 digit number on the back of Visa or Mastercard.
On an American Express card, this will be the 4 digit number on the front of your card.
