This could be a temporary issue with your Google Chrome browser.

If you are using Google Chrome, please Turn off Hardware Acceleration in Chrome by following the instructions below:

1. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of your Chrome browser screen

2. Click on Settings

3. Scroll down to the bottom of your screen and click on Advanced

4. Scroll down to the System section and turn off Use hardware acceleration when available

5. Restart Google Chrome and try watching content on

If the issues persist, please try using a different Internet Browser (Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari) and see if you experience the same issue.
